TDF Media Services wins ree consecutive awards in October for outstanding innovation in Digital Media.

TDF Media Services won two awards at 2012 Streaming Media Europe in London this week for Best Video Cloud Service and Best Online Video Platform. Earlier this month at MIPCOM in Cannes, the TDF group won an International ITV award for Best Innovation for its restart HbbTV service.

BeBanjo, a TDF Media Services company, has been recognized as the Best Video Cloud Service with its flagship Metadata product, a solution enabling easy and efficient metadata publication whatever the platform. Metadata makes it easier for VOD teams to publish their content on any on-demand platform.

Qbrick, another TDF Media Services company, has won the award for Best Online Video Platform for its SaaS solution, Qbrick Professional OVP used by major media, telecom and corporate companies in Europe. Qbrick market-leading OVP enables high-quality video publication and Over-The-Top (OTT) multi-screen delivery to connected devices. The product has been recently chosen by HBO Nordics as the turn-key solution for its pending OTT launch in Scandinavia.

In total, 2012 Streaming Media Europe has rewarded 15 companies out of 304 nominees.

Earlier this month, the TDF group won an International ITV awards for the Salto service launched on behalf of France Tlvisions, the French public broadcaster. This HbbTV service enables any viewer equipped with an HbbTV compliant TV set to restart from the beginning a program already on air then come back to the live feed, simply by pressing the blue button on his remote control.
