FUBOTV REACHES AGREEMENT WITH CBS CORPORATION TO ADD TOP NETWORKS TO LIVE STREAMING TV SERVICE

fuboTV Subscribers Will Have Access to CBS Television Network's Sports,

Entertainment and News Programming as well as CBS Sports Network,

SHOWTIME, The CW, Pop and CBSN

Available Sports Programming to Include NFL on CBS, Thursday Night Football,

NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Championship, SEC on CBS, Golf, and from SHOWTIME, Inside the NFL and Showtime Championship Boxing

Entertainment and News Programming to Include Television's #1 Scripted Series, The Big Bang Theory, and the #1 Drama, NCIS, plus 60 Minutes, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and The GRAMMYs

NEW YORK - June 21, 2017 - fuboTV (fubo.tv), the leading sports-first streaming TV service in the U.S., today announced a new agreement with CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) to carry CBS, America's most watched broadcast network, and the Network's popular sports and entertainment channels, including CBS Sports Network, The CW, Pop and CBSN, CBS News' 24/7 digital streaming news service. All networks in the deal will be available to stream live, with much of their programming available on demand as well, through fuboTV's entry-level Fubo Premier bundle.

The multichannel, live TV streaming service will also offer subscribers the ability to stream CBS-owned television stations in some of the largest U.S. markets at launch. Later this summer, customers will be able to stream CBS-owned The CW affiliates (*full list of stations/markets below). Plus, all affiliates of CBS and The CW will have the opportunity to participate. Financial terms were not disclosed.

In addition, SHOWTIME will be offered as an add-on, premium subscription service to those customers who subscribe to Fubo Premier. At launch, consumers will have access to the Showtime East and West feeds and thousands of hours of programming on demand, with entire seasons of award-winning original series, including HOMELAND, BILLIONS, TWIN PEAKS, RAY DONOVAN, THE AFFAIR and SHAMELESS, along with hundreds of hit movies, comedy specials, provocative documentaries and hard-hitting sports programming such as INSIDE THE NFL, SHOWTIME CHAMPIONSHIP BOXING and much more.

CBS' preeminent sports programming, including THE NFL ON CBS (all pre-season, regular and post-season games broadcast on CBS), THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL, the NCAA DIVISION I MEN'S BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP, SEC ON CBS and the most comprehensive golf schedule in network television, and the Network's news programs, including 60 MINUTES, will be offered on the live service. Additionally, subscribers will have access to specials, major annual live events such as The GRAMMYs , and late night programming like THE LATE SHOW with STEPHEN COLBERT, television's #1 late night show, and THE LATE LATE SHOW with JAMES CORDEN.

Subscribers to Fubo Premier will also have live and on-demand access to popular primetime programming, including THE BIG BANG THEORY, television's #1 scripted series recently renewed for two more seasons, and NCIS, broadcast television's #1 drama. Subscribers will also be able to stream new hits like BULL, last season's #1 new drama, and KEVIN CAN WAIT, the #1 new comedy.

The CBS Television Network, CBS Sports Network, The CW, Pop and CBSN will be added in the coming weeks to the Fubo Premier package, bringing its line-up to more than 60 channels. This includes seven of the top eight broadcast networks; 35 channels that carry sports programming; and the ability to stream some of the most popular entertainment, news and information content in the U.S. A list of channels carried by fuboTV, as well as several add-on options, can be found at http://fubo.tv/welcome/channels. The OTT service is available via desktop and mobile web at fubo.tv and on Amazon Fire TV and Fire TV Stick, Android and iOS devices, Apple TV, Chromecast, Kindle Fire and Roku.

This news comes following fuboTV's announcement earlier this week that it has closed a $55 million Series C fundraising round. The company has raised a total of $75.6 million to date.

Additionally, CBS-owned affiliates of The CW to include eight stations: WPSG-TV, Philadelphia; KBCW-TV, San Francisco; WUPA-TV, Atlanta; WKBD-TV, Detroit; KSTW-TV, Seattle; WTOG-TV, Tampa-St. Petersburg; KMAX-TV, Sacramento; and WPCW-TV, Pittsburgh. Three CBS-owned independent stations will be available at launch including, KCAL-TV, Los Angeles; KTXA-TV, Dallas; and WLNY-TV, New York; and two MyNetwork affiliates, WSBK-TV, Boston and WBFS-TV, Miami, will also be available.
