Umweltfreundliche Antriebe - Der Wandel hat bereits begonnen
Bis zum Jahr 2030 wird der klassische Verbrennungsmotor zunehmend an Bedeutung verlieren und durch Hybrid- und Elektroantriebe abgel st werden. Schaeffler bietet L sungen f r alle zuk nftigen Mobilit tskonzepte und setzt dabei auf eine F cherstrategie. Unter dem Motto Efficient Future Mobility spannt Schaeffler den Bogen von der Optimierung des klassischen Verbrennungsmotors ber Hybridl sungen bis hin zur Elektromobilit t.
Als f hrender globaler Technologiekonzern erstellt Schaeffler zudem marktspezifische Konzepte zur Erf llung regionaler Umweltstandards und erm glicht seinen Kunden in allen Regionen die Einhaltung von zuk nftigen Emissionsstandards. Hierzu wurde f r jede Region ein marktgerechtes Demonstrator Fahrzeug entwickelt, wie beispielsweise das Konzeptfahrzeug Efficient Future Mobility India mit elektronischem Kupplungsmana-gement oder Efficient Future Mobility North America, welches aufzeigt, wie noch einmal bis zu 15 Prozent weniger Verbrauch durch Schaeffler-Innovationen f r den Antriebsstrang erzielt werden k nnen.
Urbane Mobilit t - Wachsende Urbanisierung erfordert ein Umdenken
Ob Moskau, Tokio oder Shanghai, weltweit platzen die Megast dte aus den N hten und werden t glich von einem Verkehrsinfarkt befallen. Was tun? Der Trend geht eindeutig hin zur Mikromobilit t und bietet gro e Chancen f r kleine Vehikel.
Schaeffler gestaltet diesen Trend aktiv mit: Der elektrische Radnabenantrieb eWheelDrive von Schaeffler sorgt mit seinen 40 Kilowatt f r dynamischen Vortrieb. Die kompakte B ndelung der Antriebsmodule in der Felge schafft mehr Platz im Inneren des Fahrzeugs und vergr ert die Fahrzeugwendigkeit. Hochintegrierte Radnabenantriebe sind ein Schl ssel f r neue Fahrzeugkonzepte wie sie in Megacities gebraucht werden.
Auch moderne E-Bikes stellen schon heute die perfekte L sung dar, um hier schnell und bequem von A nach B zu kommen. Mit Innovationen im Bereich der Sensor-Tretlager und der automatischen Schaltung FAG-VELOMATIC tr gt Schaeffler seinen Teil dazu bei, dass sich das E-Bike als Fortbewegungsmittel der Zukunft etabliert.
Interurbane Mobilit t - Fortschrittliche L sungen sichern die Mobilit t von morgen
Die Anforderungen in den Bereichen Fernverkehr und Logistik sind hoch: Es bedarf schneller Transportmittel, die flexible Nutzungsm glichkeiten zulassen und zugleich die Umwelt nicht unn tig belasten. Schaeffler nimmt in der interurbanen Mobilit t eine Vorreiterolle ein, beispielsweise durch die Entwicklung von W lzlagerl sungen f r die Bahn. Mit dem FAG-Radsatzgenerator ist Schaeffler beispielsweise in der Lage, eine Energieversorgung f r G terwagons zur Verf gung zu stellen und damit in Zukunft die berwachung von Wagons und G terverkehr zu erm glichen.
Die Radsatzlager als Verbindung zwischen Radsatz und Drehgestellrahmen sind extremen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Um die Sicherheit im t glichen Betrieb zu erh hen sowie Verschlei erscheinungen und Wartungsaufwand zu minimieren, verf gt Schaeffler in Deutschland und China ber akkreditierte Pr flabore, auf denen die Radlager auch extremen Bedingungen ausgesetzt werden k nnen. So sind Tests mit Geschwindigkeiten bis zu 600 km/h m glich. Ebenso k nnen Radsatzlager gepr ft werden, die im G terverkehr unter hoher Achslast fahren, also mit bis zu 40 Tonnen pro Achse an Frachtvolumen.
Der Gesch ftsbereich Schaeffler Aerospace hat sich zum weltweit f hrenden Anbieter und Entwicklungspartner f r Spezial-W lzlager in der Luftfahrtindustrie entwickelt. So stammen unter anderem auch die Lager sowie weitere Pr zisionskomponenten f r die Antriebe des Airbus A380 von der Schaeffler-Produktmarke FAG.
Ein weiterer wichtiger Baustein ist der Warentransport mittels Schiff. In der aktuellen Weltmeerflotte haben circa 30 Prozent der im Einsatz befindlichen Schiffe ein Alter von mehr als 25 Jahren.
