With true coherent 360 omnidirectional characteristics, Coda Audio's new OMNIO5 has been designed and optimised to bring superior quality sound to specialist outdoor applications.

The passive omnidirectional 2-way 5 /1 coaxial loudspeaker system has been designed without compromise to provide a coherent 360 wave front without hot spots and comes in an ultra compact package.

The advanced waveguide design aligns the acoustic centres of the transducers to produce a true 360 uniform coverage, with perfect time alignment between the components.

Constructed from solid aluminum with special two part coating finishes, available in any RAL colour, the OMNIO5 is designed to allow final configuration formats to be customised to specific application requirements; the enclosure body height can be made to suit varying height/mounting needs, with a nominal impedance of 16 Ohm and optional 100 V / 70 V operation available, the OMNIO5 has a power handling of 150 W (AES) and a frequency response from 80 Hz to 20 kHz.

The OMNIO5 is designed to work exclusively with dedicated Coda Audio amplifiers as an integrated solution for DSP control, amplification, network remote control and diagnostic. The integrated solution ensures optimal performance and protection.

OMNIO5 can be used in a wide range of installation applications from theme parks, beach bars, hotels, airports, retail outlets, sport events, museums, congress centres, bars, restaurants, swimming pools to private property.
