El integrador Tyrell ha implementado 1 petabyte de almacenamiento en TV3 basado en objetos MatrixStore, proporcionando control de contenido digital y acceso instant neo a todo el archivo.

Object Matrix ha proporcionado a TV3, el broadcaster comercial independiente m s grande de Irlanda, una plataforma de almacenamiento MatrixStore, basada en nube privada, encaminada al archivo de activos digitales. El proyecto ha sido desarrollado por el integrador Tyrell.
En base a la financiaci n que la Broadcasting Association of Ireland ha auspiciado para migrar los archivos en cinta a ficheros digitales, TV3 ha dado el paso para digitalizar una biblioteca en crecimiento que ya constaba de 70.000 archivos de objetos por lo que era necesaria una soluci n de almacenamiento unificada para interactuar con sus sistemas de archivo, producci n y administraci n de contenido.
Tyrell ha implementado 1 petabyte de almacenamiento basado en objetos MatrixStore, proporcionando control de contenido digital y acceso instant neo a todo el archivo. A medida que aumenten los requisitos de almacenamiento, el sistema podr ampliarse agregando m s nodos con una entrada t cnica m nima y tiempo de inactividad cero.
MatrixStore de Object Matrix proporciona al broadcaster la capacidad debuscar, acceder, registrar, seleccionar y restaurar f cilmente contenido a sistemas de producci n, sistemas de gesti n de contenido o a sus plataformas en l nea con facilidad. MatrixStore respalda el sistema Avid MAM Foundation y los dos Avid Interplay PAM existentes con integraci n con Avid Media Central UX. Se ha integrado directamente en el sistema de gesti n de activos multimedia existente para permitir flujos de trabajo automatizados y un flujo de trabajo sin interrupciones.
