
Dubformer, the AI-powered dubbing platform, and Adapt, a global leader in AI-driven localization and dubbing solutions, have enabled Goalcast, the inspirational content creator that reaches billions, to generate 9 million views and 100,000 subscribers through the launch of its new French-language channel, Showdown en Fran ais, in its first weekend. By reaching Facebook monetization thresholds in a matter of days, the strategy demonstrates how a scalable, AI-enabled approach to localization, combined with human expertise, can enable rapid audience growth and new revenue generation in international markets.
Goalcast operates dozens of English-language YouTube and Facebook channels, producing documentary, motivational and scripted content for audiences around the world. As audiences increasingly consume content in their native languages, new monetization opportunities have emerged across platforms. Through its partnership with Adapt, whose localization workflow is powered by Dubformer's AI dubbing platform, Goalcast has expanded its presence in the Spanish and Arabic markets while scaling its content into Hindi, French, and German markets.
We had always believed our content could resonate beyond English-speaking audiences, but until now the localisation model had not matched the speed and scale of our distribution strategy, said Shelby Bass, Head of Content Distribution at Goalcast. However, working with Adapt and Dubformer has completely changed that position, and to see our French channel hit such impressive numbers in its first weekend is a real validation of what this technology can achieve when its implemented properly with high-quality content.
The collaboration between Adapt and Dubformer integrates AI-driven dubbing technology with specialist localisation teams to deliver high-quality localization at scale. Dubformer's platform enables operators to direct voice, language and delivery across the dubbing process, giving teams control over how content is adapted for each market, while Adapt integrates these capabilities within a managed localisation workflow that includes channel management and distribution via YouTube and social media platforms. Adapt's international network of linguists, known as Cultural Ambassadors, plays a central role in directing how content is adapted for each market, ensuring it aligns with local audience expectations.
