La que fuera musa del cine m s transgresora de la movida, nos descubre, a los 70 a os, su vena m s rockera. Dirigida por Antonio Hens (Malas Compa as, Clandestinos, La Partida), Carmen Maura acaba de finalizar el rodaje de Oh Mamy Blue!, una comedia vitalista y llena de m sica. Acompa ada por Ram n Barea (Juan), se meter en la piel de Laurie Amnesia, una vieja rockera dispuesta a demostrar que el que tuvo retuvo y que cualquier edad es buena para alcanzar los sue os y volver a enamorarse. Juntos, tendr n que lidiar con Elena (Mar a Pujalte), la intransigente directora de la residencia de ancianos donde viven retirados, para conseguir realizar su nuevo e ilusionante proyecto.
Junto a Carmen Maura, Ram n Barea y Mar a Pujalte, el reparto principal se completa con el joven cubano Milton Garc a como el nieto m sico de Laurie Amnesia, Antonio Molero y Nagore Aramburu, hijo y nuera del sufrido Juan, las veteranas Mar a Jos Alfonso e Itziar Aizpuru, que se convertir n en unas divertidas compa eras de residencia y el mism simo Phil Trim, autor de la canci n Oh Mamy Blue, que da nombre a la pel cula.
M sica y humor son los elementos clave del tercer largometraje del director cordob s Antonio Hens, quien da un giro en su trayectoria para acercarse a la comedia m s alocada. Con guion del propio Hens junto a Julio Carrillo y Antonio Alamo, el rodaje, que transcurri en Madrid del 27 de marzo al 29 de abril, se ha completado estas ltimas semanas con varias localizaciones en la provincia de M laga.
Alfonso Sanz ha estado al frente de la fotograf a mientras que Sergio de la Puente ser el autor de las partituras que pondr n voz y color a la historia.
Producida por Malas Compa as, cuenta con la co-producci n venezolana de Plenilunio Films, la participaci n de Canal Sur y el apoyo del ICAA. La distribuci n en Espa a correr a cargo de Syldavia Cinema y las ventas internacionales ser n gestionadas por la compa a alemana Media Luna.

Ese es su secreto hasta que aparece Juan, el nico residente con sensibilidad musical y fan incondicional de Laurie Amnesia. Para colmo, el nieto de Laura (convencido de que es el nieto secreto del genial guitarrista americano) est empe ado en que ella vuelva a los escenarios. Se ha presentado al festival Alcachofa Rock pero su grupo necesita una vocalista
