Interra Systems Announces New Release of Its Vega H264 Analyzer SAN JOSE, Calif., Mar 26, 2008

Interra Systems, Inc. today announced the release of version 7.0 of its widely adopted Vega Analyzer. This latest version is uniquely suited to the needs of next generation media products that support high-quality HD content and technologies, such as Blu-ray, Dolby Digital Plus Audio, and DVB-H. With this release, Vega becomes the first analyzer to support Blu-ray compliance checking. In addition, version 7.0 extends support to QuickTime and AVI file formats, Teletext, Closed Caption, DVB Subtitles, and MPEG2 TS timing analysis.

With over 200 licensees worldwide, Vega Analyzers have established themselves as the de facto standards compliance tool for a large variety of media standards. We continue to expand the scope for the broader media industry and at the same time give more value to our existing customers. With this release, Vega customers would be ready to address the challenges presented by the emerging technologies, said Sunil Jain, CEO, Interra Systems.
