Die Aufmerksamkeit der Autowelt richtet sich auf China, wo die Auto Shanghai vom 21. bis 29. April 2013 ihre Tore ffnen wird. F r Schaeffler ist die Automesse ein wichtiger Marktplatz in Asien: Auf dem Stand B101 in Halle 5 wird der global agierende Automobilzulieferer nicht nur erfolgreiche Technologien und Produkte zeigen, sondern auch vermitteln, wie die Schaeffler-Ingenieure die automobile Zukunft mitgestalten und warum Schaeffler globaler Kompetenzpartner f r eine efficient future mobility ist.
In den vergangenen zehn Jahren hat Schaeffler konsequent investiert und seine Pr senz in China mit Nachdruck ausgebaut. Um dem schnell wachsenden Bedarf des chinesischen und asiatisch-pazifischen Marktes gerecht zu werden, baute Schaeffler in den vergangenen zwei Jahren zwei weitere Werke am Produktionsstandort in Taicang. In Nanjing befindet sich derzeit ein weiteres neues Werk im Aufbau. Asien ist und bleibt ein Wachstumsmarkt f r Schaeffler. F cherstrategie: L sungen f r den verbrennungsmotorischen Antriebsstrang, hybrides Fahren und Elektromobilit t
Herzst ck des Schaeffler Messestandes auf der Auto Shanghai ist die Konzeptstudie eSolutions, die eine Vielzahl von L sungen rund um E-Mobilit t aufzeigt. Zu den gezeigten Innovationen geh ren unter anderem der Schaeffler E-Wheel Drive dabei handelt es sich um einen hochintegrierten Radnabenantrieb, bei dem s mtliche f r Antrieb, Verz gerung und Fahrsicherheit notwendigen Bauelemente wie Elektromotor, Leistungselektronik und Controller, Bremse sowie K hlung Platz innerhalb der Felge finden und das eDifferenzial, eine elektrische Antriebsachse mit zwei E-Maschinen, integriertem Getriebe und Differenzial, das dank Torque Vectoring einzigartige Fahrdynamik bei Elektrofahrzeugen erm glicht.
Die sich zunehmend entwickelnde Motorisierung in den Wachstumsm rkten wird mitunter andere Fahrzeugl sungen erfordern, als auf den saturierten M rkten. Dar ber hinaus werden rtliche und gesetzliche Rahmenbedingungen die Entwicklung neuer Fahrzeugkonzepte forcieren: Beispielsweise elektrisch betriebene Stadtfahrzeuge f r urbane Gro r ume. F r solche Fahrzeuge, die vor allem in Mega-Metropolen schnell obligatorisch werden k nnten, schafft der Radnabenantrieb dank Unterbringung aller f r Vortrieb, Bremsen und Fahrsicherheit relevanten Bauteile im Rad eine neue Raum konomie. Darauf k nnen die Fahrzeughersteller dann unterschiedliche Karosserien realisieren.
Bei Schaeffler sind wir berzeugt, dass der weiteren Optimierung des verbrennungsmotorischen Antriebsstrangs sowie seiner Elektrifizierung weiter h chste Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet werden wird. Die Hybridisierung wird voran schreiten, stark getrieben auch mittels zunehmend leistungsf higerer Start-Stopp L sungen. Aber gleich ob als prim re Antriebsquelle oder Range-Extender dem ICE bleibt weiterhin auch aus technischer Sicht h chste Aufmerksamkeit zu widmen , so Prof. Peter Gutzmer, Schaeffler Vorstand f r Forschung und Entwicklung.
Dementsprechend zeigt Schaeffler auf der Auto Shanghai ein breites Portfolio innovativer Produkte f r moderne Mobilit t in China. Gro e Aufmerksamkeit wecken Schaeffler-Innovationen, mit denen sich deutliche Beitr ge zur Energieeffizienz-Steigerung bei Fahrzeugen mit klassischem Antriebsstrang erzielen lassen. Mit Blick auf das Detail lassen sich die Potenziale im Verbrennungsmotor unter anderem durch Optimierung der Thermodynamik, Minimierung von Pumpverlusten und Reibungswiderst nden, bedarfsgeregelte Nebenaggregate, gezieltes Thermomanagement, Downspeeding und Downsizing sowie die Motor-Start-Stopp-Funktion erzielen. Eine Reduzierung der CO2-Emissionen um bis zu 4 Prozent kann beispielsweise durch den Einsatz eines Schaeffler Thermomanagementmoduls erzielt werden: Es regelt pr zise den Temperaturhaushalt des Antriebs und gew hrleistet dadurch den Betrieb im jeweils besten Temperaturfenster zum schnellstm glichen Zeitpunkt. Dadurch wird insbesondere die Kaltlaufphase signifikant verk rzt.
Weitere Potenziale zur Verbrauchsreduzierung k nnen erzielt werden, indem der Verbrennungsmotor wann immer m glich abgeschaltet wird. Schaeffler als Systemlieferant f r Engine-Start-Stop (ESS) entwickelt kontinuierlich neue Komponenten und Subsysteme, um die unerw nschten Nebenwirkungen des Motorstopps zu reduzieren. Der Micro-Hybrid, sprich die Start-Stopp-Funktion, wird binnen k rzester Zeit fl chendeckend im Automobil vertreten sein , erkl rt Prof. Peter Pleus, Schaeffler-Bereichsvorstand Motorsysteme. Start-Stopp stellt besondere Anforderungen an verschiedene Bauelemente. Daf r bietet Schaeffler eine breite Palette ma geschneiderter L sungen.
