Paywizard Singula wins NAB Show 2019 Product of the Year Award for AI/Machine Learning Subscriber intelligence platform wins recognition for ground-breaking advances that empower pay-TV and OTT operators to transform customer experience

London, 11 April 2019 Paywizard, the pay-TV subscription, billing and customer relationship management (CRM) specialist, today announced that its AI-driven subscriber intelligence platform, Singula , has won the inaugural NAB Show Product of The Year 2019 in the AI/Machine learning category. The awards, which were announced April 10 in Las Vegas at NAB Show 2019, recognise innovative new products and technologies being showcased at the event.

Built on the Microsoft Azure platform, Singula provides subscriber intelligence and identifies next best actions', empowering pay-TV operators and over-the-top (OTT) providers to take a more informed, data-driven approach to customer engagement.
