Outstanding art, and construction technicians and special effects directors will participate in the Forum I of art direction La cita ser en Santander el 8 de julio en el marco del Festival Internacional de Cine y Arquitectura en Santander.

El Festival Internacional de Cine y Arquitectura, que tendr lugar en Santander del 4 al 8 de Julio, organiza el I Foro de Direcci n de Arte, con la intervenci n de destacados directores de arte, y t cnicos de construcci n y efectos especiales

Este Foro de Direcci n de Arte, ser un debate de opiniones, con el objetivo de convertirse en el punto de encuentro para los argumentos de todos los responsables de la ambientaci n, localizaci n y construcci n (anal gica y digital) de los espacios en el cine. Desde directores de arte hasta dise adores digitales del mundo audiovisual, varios profesionales de reconocido prestigio se reunir n el s bado 8 de julio para realizar una serie de conferencias donde analizar la profesi n y debatir los pormenores de la direcci n de arte cinematogr fico.

Invitados Juan Botella

Director de arte premiado con dos Goyas en 1993 por Belle Epoque y en 1998 por La ni a de tus ojos. Ha trabajado en pel culas tan importantes como 8 apellidos vascos, La mujer del anarquista, L grimas Negras, La buena Estrella, Taxi and Two much, entre otras muchas. Adem s, en el mbito de la televisi n podemos destacar entre otras la serie Reinas, Aqu no hay quien viva and La Huella del crimen.

Luis Vall s Koldo

Director de arte y dise ador de producci n conocido por pel culas como El Lobo o Boca a Boca, nominado a cinco Goyas por su trabajo en los ltimos 17 a os. Ganador de un Premio Iris por su trabajo en direcci n de arte y escenograf a en El tiempo entre costuras.

Juan Millares

Arquitecto y cineasta espa ol, profesor de Medios Audiovisuales en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Ha realizado trabajos en el mbito audiovisual desde 1980 entre los que se incluyen varios cortometrajes de ficci n (El pabell n alem n en 2009, nominado a los Premios Goya de 2011) y series de televisi n (Mucho Cuento en 1990).

Ant n Laguna

Director de arte, conocido por sus trabajos de direcci n de arte en grandes obras del cine espa ol como Celda 211, No habr paz para los malvados (nominado al Goya en su categor a en ambas producciones), Palm trees in the snow (con la que se llevar a el premio en 2016), El ni o o A cambio de nada.

Manuel Artola

T cnico especialista en VFX (Deluxe Spain). Miembro de l'Acad mia del Cinema Catal . Desde el 2014 es director de operaciones de publicidad en Deluxe Spain. Entre 2011 y 2014 fue director de posproducci n de cine, televisi n, spots y otras producciones de tipo audiovisual. Artola es especialista en dise o e implementaci n de worflows de trabajo para postproducci n digital y control de flujos desde RAW al DCP final.

Pedro Jes s de la Fuente

T cnico especialista en construcci n de decorados. Posee un largo recorrido en el cine, no solo nacional sino tambi n en el internacional. En el mbito nacional ha trabajado para directores como Carlos Saura, Jose Luis Garci, Pedro Almod var y Alejandro Amen bar y en el mbito internacional ha trabajado para directores de la talla de Steven Spielberg, Terri Gillian, Ridley Scott y Roman Polanski entre otros. Las pel culas m s destacadas de las que ha formado parte son: Gladiator, Abre los ojos, Indiana Jones y La ltima Cruzada, El Laberinto del Fauno, El Imperio del Sol, Los abrazos rotos and Los Otros.
