From February 25 to 27, 2025, the two companies demonstrate how the digital multi-channel AI assistant EMMA AI is revolutionizing customer and user support through artificial intelligence.
EMMA AI is a hallucination-free conversational AI used as a digital assistant across channels and departments in customer, user, and employee support. EMMA AI is already in productive use at well-known companies and supports customers and employees through intelligent automation.
The advantages of such conversational AI are apparent: it is used 24/7 - by phone, email, chat, or as an interactive avatar. EMMA AI is never sick, doesnt need a vacation, and is always friendly and reliable.
