21st Century Fox Names Audrey Cooling Vice President, Public Affairs

WASHINGTON, DC - May 15, 2017 - 21st Century Fox today announced that Audrey Cooling has been named to the role of vice president. Ms. Cooling joins the company's Global Public Affairs and Policy group based in Washington, DC, which is led by Executive Vice President Chip Smith. Reporting to Ms. Cooling is Charlie Greene, who has been named a manager of public affairs and policy.

In her new role, Ms. Cooling will be responsible for amplifying the company's legislative and regulatory priorities to key stakeholders and strengthening 21st Century Fox's reputation with those critical audiences.

Audrey is an extraordinary addition to 21st Century Fox's Public Affairs and Policy team, said Smith. With over a decade of experience in high-stakes communications, issues management, and stakeholder engagement, Audrey is ideally suited to support our advocacy on issues critical to the current and future health of our business.

Ms. Cooling comes to 21st Century Fox from The Glover Park Group, where she served as a senior vice president in the firm's strategic communications practice. At GPG, she helped corporations, start-ups, and nonprofit organizations influence public policy, navigate antitrust litigation and corporate mergers, respond to crises, and build coalitions, including launching the FairSearch coalition in 2010.

Ms. Cooling began her career as a deputy press secretary to Georgia's lieutenant governor, and later as a reporting assistant in the DC bureau of The Wall Street Journal. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia, and lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two daughters.
