Morten S ger (pictured) has joined Xstream as its new director of Global Alliance. He brings significant senior executive experience from years of service with a number of market leading software and technology companies.
Prior to joining Xstream, S ger held senior roles for SAP and Microsoft. His extensive experience with establishing partnership programmes and building indirect sales channels will benefit Xstream partners and customers, and be an important part of taking Xstream's go to market effectiveness to new heights.
I'm delighted to welcome Morten to Xstream. Morten brings strong experience gained across a range of senior management positions in the IT industry and in key areas directly linked to partnership, sales and customers, said Frank Thorup, CEO at Xstream. We're experiencing a tremendous demands from various potential partners and we see a fantastic potential by partnering up stronger with prioritised partners. Also, stronger and more effective partnerships will be an important lever of realising our 2015 vision of becoming top five in our global markets with Xstream MediaMaker.
I'm excited to be joining Xstream as the company invest into further expanding its leadership position in the OTT and TV Everywhere sector, said S ger. Xstream's technology is not only well proven, but comes with a unique flexibility and a rich set of powerful API's enabling Xstream to integrate with third party systems creating added value to customers and partners. I feel confident that we will become successful with the global strategy when building partner trust by proving systematic joint business planning, execution, and realise improved results in terms of increased customer satisfaction and revenue generation. Joint success for Xstream, partners and customers are the pivotal pillar of anchoring the successful long-term partner alliances, which we are now aiming at, and I am very excited to now be contributing to Xstream's continued global expansion.
As Global Alliance director, he also points out that the ambition is to create a strong value adding partner eco system, though the key objective is to build qualitative capacity and effectiveness in the channel rather than recruiting a high number of partners.
