Zixi Appoints Sue Mitchell as Director of Account Managem...

Zixi, the industry leader for enabling unmatched reliability, live broadcast-quality video over any IP network, today announced the appointment of Sue Mitchell as Director of Account Management, EMEA. In this role, Mitchell will support the company's growth across the region, working closely with customers to strengthen relationships and expand Zixi's presence.

Mitchell brings more than 25 years of experience in broadcast media technology, having held senior positions at Deluxe, Technicolor, Prime Focus, and most recently at Synchronized, where she drove AI SaaS adoption for major broadcasters and streaming platforms.

I'm genuinely excited to join Zixi, said Mitchell. It's a privilege to work with an Emmy Award-winning team actively shaping the future of live streaming technology, under the leadership of Marc Aldrich. My goal is to develop lasting partnerships with our clients, enabling them to benefit from Zixi's reliability, innovation, and scalability in our fast-moving industry.

Marc Aldrich, CEO of Zixi, commented, Sue brings the perfect mix of industry knowledge, commercial acumen, and positive energy. She understands the challenges our customers face and has a proven track record of customer advocacy and delivering results. We're delighted to have her on board.

Last month Zixi relaunched its Global Partner Program, a strategic initiative designed to strengthen technical integrations and accelerate joint go-to-market efforts across the media supply chain ecosystem. The program, led by Jonathan Low, Zixi's Vice President of Channel Sales and Partnerships, features certification tracks, co-development resources, and coordinated marketing support to enable partners to drive joint value creation and extend Zixi's reach.

The momentum of the Global Partner Program is already evident in Zixi's collaboration with OKAST, a French media distribution platform, to power scalable FAST channel delivery to more than 80 platforms worldwide.
