ABS Strengens Operations Team with New Hires

Professional video and audio systems integration firm Advanced Broadcast Solutions (ABS) today announced Mindy Siegel Baggett has been hired as director of operations, effective May 27. She is the latest hire in an ongoing effort this year to improve company operations. Natalie Hoffman joined accounts receivable and payable in January, while David McKillip was added in May to manage warehouse and logistics.

A former assistant public school principal, Baggett has built her new career around sales and marketing management. Most recently, she spent three years as the director of patient acquisition for Contemporary Dentistry, where she increased revenue by creating and implementing new policies and procedures. She has also served as director of sales for Supercoups, account executive for Troxell Communications, and educational specialist for Odysseyware.

With a focus on small business, Hoffman has worked for more than 15 years as an accountant and bookkeeper for various companies in the Seattle area. Most recently, she spent eight years as the business office manager for a private mental health agency in Seattle. Previously, she worked as a comptroller for an addiction rehab hospital in Seattle, and handled administrative duties as co-owner of a specialized construction company in Honolulu.

McKillip oversees all shipping and receiving activities, maintains inventory, and has established workplace safety standards. He previously held warehouse and logistics leadership positions for ECCO Manufacturing, Valuable Technologies, Indiana University, and the American Red Cross.

Baggett, Hoffman and McKillip are based out of the company's main office in SeaTac.
