Advanced Systems Group Promotes Michele Ferreira to Chief Business Officer

Advanced Systems Group (ASG) has promoted Michele Ferreira from Vice President of its Systems Integration team to the newly created position of Chief Business Officer. In this new role, Ferreira will report directly to Chief Financial Officer Amy Zeno.

Her new position reflects ASG's continued growth and commitment to building the operational infrastructure needed to support its' clientele as the company expands its technology and services.

As Chief Business Officer, Ferreira will oversee the business systems and operational functions that support ASG's organization, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), information technology, purchasing, logistics, and other core business operations. Her focus will be on ensuring that ASG's people, processes, and technology remain aligned with the company's long-term strategic goals while promoting continued operational excellence.

Michele has been instrumental in helping ASG build the operational foundation of our system integration team and supporting its growth, says Dave Van Hoy, President of ASG. She has a unique ability to align people, processes, and technology in ways that strengthen how we operate and, ultimately, how we serve our clients. Our goal at ASG is always to better serve our clients with our best counsel and continually improve. As we continue to improve our business operations, we're creating an even stronger foundation for delivering technology, services, and projects more efficiently, and at the high level of quality our clients require.

During her tenure as Vice President of Systems Integration, Ferreira led the development of the operational infrastructure within ASG's systems integration business. Her efforts included strengthening project management processes, improving delivery operations, and implementing business tools that enable greater efficiency throughout the team.

Ferreira's professional background combines engineering expertise with extensive business management experience leading systems integration organizations. Her unique combination of technical and operational knowledge positions her to further strengthen collaboration across ASG's business units.

My goal is to ensure that the systems supporting our business evolve in alignment with the needs of our customers, says Ferreira. As we continue to improve our business operations, from ERP and IT to purchasing and logistics, we're establishing a solid foundation for greater growth across the company.
