Monumental Sports and Entertainment Announces Leadership Changes

Monumental Sports and Entertainment (MSE) has announced a leadership restructuring. Zach Leonsis has been named President and Vice Chairman, a newly created position overseeing financial operations, infrastructure and technology, venues, and media businesses. He previously served as President of Media and New Enterprises. Ted Leonsis remains Founder, Chairman, Managing Partner, and CEO, retaining sole decision-making authority for the teams.

Grant Hastings, previously SVP of New Enterprises, will become Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Steve Miller, who is leaving the company for personal reasons and will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of 2026.

Jordan Silberman, President of Venues, will take on expanded responsibilities overseeing MSE infrastructure including venues and technology. Chief Technology Officer Charlie Myers and the technology team will report to Silberman.

Monumental has grown significantly in both scale and complexity, and our leadership structure must continue to evolve with the business, says Ted Leonsis, Founder, Chairman, Principal Partner and CEO, MSE. Zach has played an integral role in building Monumental into the platform it is today, and this expanded role reflects both his leadership and the increasing integration of our businesses.
