The Telekom Slovenije General Meeting Votes in Favor of Interim Dividend Payment and Appoints the New Supervisory Board Ljubljana, 7 February At the second call of yesterday's 23rd General Meeting, Telekom Slovenije's shareholders adopted the resolution on paying out interim dividends, and appointed new members of the company's Supervisory Board to represent the capital. At the first call of the General Meeting a quorum was not reached due to the decision of Securities Market Agency.

In accordance with the company Statute, the interim dividends must not exceed a half of the value of the planned profit, after reserves have been made, nor a half of the value of previous year's distributable profit. The net profit for 2011 was EUR 34 million. Yesterday the company's Supervisory Board already confirmed the Management Board's proposal for the interim dividend payment for 2012. The estimated net profit of the parent company for the year 2012 is well over EUR 48 million, while the net profit of the Telekom Slovenije Group is a good EUR 43 million. These numbers confirm that the Group is successfully facing the highly unfavorable economic and financial trends and harsh competition in the ICT market, remaining one of the most successful Slovenian business groups at home and in the Southeastern Europe region. The Supervisory Board confirmed the Management Board's proposal for the amount of interim dividends, for which the company will set aside EUR 24,070,268.60, or EUR 3.70 gross per share.

The interim dividends will be paid out to shareholders who will be entered into the company's share register as of 8 February 2013 (the ex-dividend date). The company will pay the interim dividends within thirty days from adopting the resolution, i.e. on 7 March 2013.

The General Meeting also appointed new Supervisory Board members representing the capital. The new Supervisory Board members are Adolf Zupan, Matja Jan a, MSc, Bernarda Babi , Miha Klun, Borut Jamnik and Toma Berlo nik. They begin their term on 27 April 2013, when the current Supervisory Board's term ends.

The public has been already informed that Matjaz Jan a and Miha Klun resigned as Members of the Supervisory Board a few hours after yesterdays General Meeting.
