Adobe Document Cloud Integrations Introduced with Box and Microsoft OneDrive SAN JOSE, Calif. - April 26, 2016 -The accelerating pace of digital transformation has raised consumer expectations to unprecedented levels, and is causing every organization to rethink how they engage with their customers. According to a recent survey by IDC , 72 percent of businesses reported that improving document processes would increase customer satisfaction, yet 80 percent of those processes still rely on paper.
