I know who you are, only series Spanish in the first edition of the MIPDrama Screenings Producida por Telecinco en colaboraci n con Arca Audiovisual (Filmax) y creada y dirigida por Pau Freixas, la serie viaja a Cannes como una de las ficciones m s novedosas y originales de MIPCOM 2015.
I know who you are se ha situado entre las doce producciones internacionales que formar n parte del MIPDrama Screenings, un nuevo escaparate internacional que brindar la oportunidad de ver por primera vez estos productos a alrededor de 350 ejecutivos de compras llegados de todo el mundo. El MipDrama Screenings tendr lugar en Cannes el domingo 3 de abril, en v speras de la inauguraci n del MIPTV 2016.
Este foro ha recibido solicitudes de participaci n de 28 pa ses de todo el mundo: Europa, Estados Unidos, Canad , Latinoam rica y Asia. En el jurado encargado de la selecci n de las ficciones han participado prestigiosos show runners y creadores como Chris Long (The Americans, El mentalista), Sharah Phelps (Casual vacancy, GreatExpectations), el dan s S ren Svestrup (Forbrydelsen The Killing), Anna Winger (Deutschland 83) y los espa oles Ram n Campos y Teresa Fern ndez-Vald s, de Bamb Producciones.
Durante el evento se proyectar n fragmentos de 15 o 20 minutos de cada una de las producciones finalistas, en una jornada que culminar con la entrega de un premio a la serie que haya causado el mayor impacto a los integrantes del MIP Markets Drama Buyers Advisory Board, compuesto por ejecutivos de Adquisiciones de diversas cadenas europeas.
Producida por Telecinco en colaboraci n con Arca Audiovisual (Filmax) y creada y dirigida por Pau Freixas, I know who you are es un thriller de intriga y suspense protagonizado por Francesc Garrido, Blanca Portillo, Aida Folch, Carles Francino, Nancho Novo, Pep n Nieto, Marti o Rivas, Antonio Dechent, Eva Santolaria, Mar Sodupe, Susana Abaitua y lex Monner, entre otros actores.
Un hombre vaga por una carretera solitaria. Por su estado parece haber sufrido un accidente de tr fico, pero no sabe ni qui n es ni c mo ha llegado all . Se trata de Juan El as (Francesc Garrido), un carism tico abogado y profesor de universidad, casado conla reputada jueza Alicia Castro (Blanca Portillo) y padre de dos hijos. Pero l no lo recuerda: est completamente amn sico.
Cuando al d a siguiente la polic a encuentra su coche accidentado descubre en el interior el tel fono m vil y restos de sangre de su sobrina y alumna de 22 a os, a la que nadie ha vuelto a ver desde el accidente. Ram n Saura (Nancho Novo), el padre dela chica, mover cielo y tierra para encontrarla y para demostrar lo que sospecha: que su cu ado la ha asesinado. El as deber entonces demostrar su inocencia, aunque ni l mismo sabe si es culpable.
