Riptide Music Group Places Jarell Perry Song Win in Film Trailers and TV Spots Promoting Upcoming Lionsgate/Codeblack Films Addicted

Riptide Music Group (RMG,) a sync-flavored global publishing administration company with services that include the worldwide synchronization of music for advertising, movie trailers, television, film and videogames, has announced multiple placements for the song Win, from alternative R&B singer Jarell Perry, one of the artists on the Riptide roster.

Win is being prominently featured within the trailers and TV spots for the upcoming Lionsgate/Codeblack Films release Addicted. In addition, Win will also be featured within the film itself, which opens October 10th.

Based on the best-selling novel by Zane, Addicted is a sexy and provocative thriller about desire and the dangers of indiscretion. Successful businesswoman Zoe Reynard (Sharon Leal) appears to have attained it all - the dream husband she loves (Boris Kodjoe), two wonderful children and a flourishing career. As perfect as everything appears from the outside, Zoe is still drawn to temptations she cannot escape or resist. As she pursues a secretive life, Zoe finds herself risking it all she when heads down a perilous path she may not survive. The film also stars Tasha Smith, Tyson Beckford, Emayatzy Corinealdi, Kat Graham, and William Levy and is directed by Bille Woodruff from a screenplay by Christina Welsh and Ernie Barbarash.

Nikki Triplett of the film music department at Lionsgate, said, When I first viewed the trailer to Addicted,' I knew Jarell Perry's sound would fit in with the films edgy provocative feel. Win worked so well and everyone responded to it almost immediately. Adam Wolf and the Riptide Music team made it all easy from there.

Riptide Music Group also recently placed a number of songs within the trailers for the upcoming films John Wick and The Boxtrolls, and within trailers for the recently opened films Dolphin Tale 2 and The Giver. Earlier this year, RMG licensed songs to the blockbuster films Transformers 4 and The Amazing Spider-Man 2, as well as songs heard within the new hit HBO TV series The Leftovers.
