iZotope Makes New Strategic Hires to Advance Education and Customer Care Initiatives

Audio technology company adds Vice President of Education, Education Director, and Customer Care Director to its team

Cambridge, MA (March 19, 2015) - iZotope, Inc., a leading audio technology company, has made a number of senior appointments to support its fast-growing operations including: Claire Harding Hollenbeck as Vice President of Education, Jonathan Wyner as Education Director, and Andrew Jobson as Customer Care Director.

Claire Harding Hollenbeck will build and lead iZotope's education initiatives, helping users reach their personal potential by getting the most out of iZotope products and creating learning opportunities that extend beyond the products. Hollenbeck was formerly the VP of Professional Development at Pearson, the world's largest education company. She is also a singer/songwriter, producer, and film score composer who creates original music under the name Razor Jane.

Also joining iZotope to help develop and articulate a clear vision for the company's education programs and services is Jonathan Wyner. A GRAMMY Award-nominated producer and engineer, Wyner brings more than 30 years of experience in the music industry. His roster of mastering credits includes Aerosmith, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, and Bruce Springsteen. He is the Chief Mastering Engineer and founder of M Works Mastering Studios and is also an author and associate professor at Berklee College of Music.

Wyner will serve as Education Director and as Chief Engineer of iZotope's new recording and production studio. The facility, housed in iZotope's Cambridge, Massachusetts office, is scheduled to open in the spring for product development and customer education.

Andrew Jobson is joining iZotope as Customer Care Director. The newly created position reflects iZotope's commitment to assist, educate, and inspire existing customers as well as audio enthusiasts worldwide. Jobson will lead iZotope's team of front-facing customer loyalty ambassadors. The team provides service and support to all users, driving customer feedback back into iZotope's product development process.

With 20 years of customer service experience in the technology field, Jobson brings a wealth of expertise building top-notch customer care organizations. As Paypal's former Lead Manager for Global Operations, he delivered customer care strategy and execution and provided industry coaching through innovative leadership to 200+ employees. Jobson was also hand-picked for the international eBay Emerging Leader Program, a comprehensive, rigorous Leadership and Management training program.
