BASE selects Ericon for charging and billing solution

Ericsson will converge the IT transformation of the charging and billing system of BASE Company

BASE Company will have one converged solution for all subscribers and services

The system allows BASE Company to manage their end-to-end business with a single system

Belgian operator BASE Company has selected Ericsson (NASDAQ:ERIC) to implement Ericssons Charging & Billing in One solution.

With Ericssons solution, BASE will be ready to support all retail and wholesale programs defined by marketing in a flexible, agile and simplified way.

Ericssons charging and billing solutions are currently supporting more than 2 billion subscribers worldwide. Ericsson Charging & Billing in One allows operators to manage the end-to-end business, including charging, billing and customer care, for all types of customers in a single real-time system.

Ericsson Charging & Billing in One hides complexity from the end user so they can move seamlessly from one service to another and try them out as they choose. Customers benefit from the clarity and convenience of a single bill for all their services, as well as a single system supporting customer care.
