RTVE will allocate 56.8 million euros to investments in 2016 They highlight the allocations for the construction of the new studies 6 and 7 and the replacement of technical equipment Prado del Rey; the adequacy of the A1, A2 and A3 to HD in Torrespa a studies; digital writing for the Olympic Games in Rio and the renewal of studies 1 and 2 in Sant Cugat.
The State Budget for 2016 allocated to RTVE a game of 331.55 million euros, an increase of 17.8% compared to 2015 (281 410 000). This increase of 50.14 million euros in contrast to the 3.87% reduction suffered last year.
The funds from the budget would have to add another 50 million from the reserve rate for public radio.
One of the games that have greater impact on the corporation next year will be devoted to coverage of the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, with an allocation of 56 million euros. Nevertheless, the total expenditure of the Corporation grew by only 2.7% due to the implementation of measures envisaged in the Plan efficiency and sustainability and the impact of the deductibility of VAT from the year 2015.
The amount budgeted for supplies and external services amounted to 523.85 million euros, reflecting the impact of the coverage of the Olympic Games mentioned, as well as the reinforcement is intended to print the entire schedule next season.

By way of public service compensation of 342.87 million euros they are budgeted, 50.1 million more than in the current year. An increase in the allocation of the revenue from the fee for the use of the airwaves to 380 million euros, representing an additional 50 million euros in revenues for RTVE, from the sale of space, both operators is further contemplated telephony and television. A disposal of the budget law would allow raising the ceiling by raising this rate from the currently planned 330 million to 380 million proposed.
Budgeted revenues from sales and cultural and sports sponsorships amounted to 45.24 million euros, 2% more than in 2015.
Finally, the section on other management income includes a sum of 9.24 million. Include revenue from the settlement of rights management companies, amounting to 4.2 million euros.
Investments
During 2016 an investment volume of 56.8 million euros, 51.5% more was expected in 2015. These amounts are intended to deepen the digitization of content, develop new services and ensure the maintenance of production infrastructure and technical equipment.
It highlights the line to work in Prado del Rey. Next year will continue the upgrading of technical equipment and lighting production studios Prado del Rey after comprehensive asbestos removal and the construction of new studies 6 and 7 in order to increase manufacturing capacity . In addition it shall update the editorial system, increasing the technical framework for the integration into a single digital writing. In the House of Radio will continue the renovation work to eliminate technical problems on escape routes and thermal insulation.
In Torrespa a the A1, A2 and A3 studies will be adapted to digital format, taking advantage of the equipment of Bu uel studies; the matrix and the drafting system is updated for new features and technical equipment of the B3 equipped to study virtual scenery is renewed. On the occasion of the Olympic Games in Rio will be invested in technical equipment, including digital editing, with future destiny to Regional Centers Corporation.
In the center of production of RTVE in Sant Cugat the replacement of equipment for Studies 1 and 2 and updating lighting studies 3, 4 and 6, among other improvements will be undertaken. The reunification of TVE and RNE headquarters in Sant Cugat is further contemplated releasing the seat of Roc Boronat. It will continue, on the other hand, the process of integrating the Territorial centers and information units of TVE and RNE, contemplating the move to a new headquarters in Zaragoza and remodeling centers like Valladolid and Toledo.
RNE, renewing FM transmitters broadcasting centers, procurement of mobile units and the replacement of medium wave transmitter in Las Torres de Cotillas (Murcia) is expected.
Meanwhile, RTVE Digital invest in technological development of the web, and the Documentary Fund expects to continue its activity and complete digitization gateways and storage capacity available.
