Rohde & Schwarz Australia, a leading provider of innovative solutions for the Asia Pacific region, will showcase its cutting-edge air traffic control (ATC) voice communications systems (VCS) and airbase security solutions at the Avalon Australian International Airshow 2025 at Hall 2, stand M22. These master the entire signal chain, enabling true spectrum dominance.
The company will highlight its capabilities in secure voice communications, remote and mobile ATC tower systems, and airborne communications, as part of airbase security and critical infrastructure security. Key products on display will include:
As the ATC voice communications system integrator of choice for the Asia Pacific region, Rohde & Schwarz Australia will demonstrate its expertise in delivering secure and reliable VCS for ATC, airbase operations, and military aviation, including the R&S M4ACS system for secure voice communications
Transportable Air Operations Tower (TAOT) systems for remote and mobile ATC operations, with two TAOT systems on display, one of which will be operational and used for airshow ATC operations
SOVERON AR for secure airborne communications with the R&S AR5000 radio system, featuring in-country support suitable for the AIR6002 Lead-In Fighter Training System
Spectrum monitoring and direction-finding capabilities, including interference hunting for airport security, using the R&S Spectrum Rider FPH system
Counter-drone capabilities with the ARDRONIS Locate Compact demonstration
R&S QPS Walk2000 walk-through scanner technology, operational at the VIP entrance to the show
Expertise in test and assurance for Navigational Aid (NAVAID) systems, including drone-based flight inspection with R&S CMA180 and R&S EVSD1000 NAV/DRONE analyzers, slung beneath a medium-sized quadcopter suspended above the stand
