Diversified has appointed Paul Lidsky as Chief Executive Officer, adding the top executive role to his responsibilities after serving as chairman of the company's Board of Directors since 2023.

Lidsky brings more than 40 years of experience in IT and enterprise-technology leadership, including prior tenures as CEO of Core BTS, Datalink Corp., and Calabrio. He will guide Diversified through its next stage of expansion, building on the company's established global footprint in media, enterprise, and technology solutions.

Paul is a highly respected leader with deep expertise in the technology services industry and a strong history of building great companies with a focus on the people and partnerships that drive success and serve their clients, Will Fleder, partner at Tailwind Capital, Diversified's primary investor said in an official release. We are confident that his leadership and experience will further strengthen Diversified's position as a global leader and accelerate its continued growth.

Lidsky said his focus will be on maintaining the company's commitment to operational excellence and client service while investing in people, partners, and emerging technologies.

The leadership change follows a period of expansion for Diversified, which recently opened a new hub in Germany to strengthen its EMEA operations. The facility is part of the company's ongoing strategy to deliver in-region engineering, project execution, and support for its global customer base.
