Students' teams are organized in all branches of RUE Beltelecom, these students' teams operate not just during summer season, but throughout the whole academic year. As of today 16 students' teams in total number of 236 people are engaged in labour activities at the company.Students perform the following works: customer connection and service, completion of documents, notification of subscribers about switching to GPON technology. Students distribute information materials, participate in promotional campaigns of the company, introduce to potential clients the whole set of services provided by Beltelecom as of today, make disassembly of used telecommunication equipment.

Work of each member of students' teams is evaluated using efficiency indexes system,which measures complexity and quality of work performed. Salary is in direct relationship to final result. The most active members, working under a contractor agreement, can earn about 4-5 million Belarussian rubles or even more.
