The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has announced the winners of the 72nd annual Technology and Engineering Awards, including the likes of SMPTE, Harmonic, Avid, EBU, MediaKind, BBC Research and Development, and Dolby.

The awards will be presented in a ceremony at NAB Show on 10th October.

The Technology & Engineering Emmy Awards have always recognised the talented and innovative leaders and companies that have made the incredible world of television possible, said Robert Seidel, chair, Technology & Engineering Committee, NATAS.

The annual awards recognise innovation and achievement in areas ranging from AI/Optimisation for real-time video compressing to advanced authoring format.
