Ningbo 18th Job Fair for Introducing High-level Professionals will be held on Sept. 24th. As one of the main activities of Professionals & Technology Week in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China , the fair will organize a series of activities like open job fair for people with high acafemic qulification , closed job fair for high-level innovative talents and so on, making great efforts to attract talents with high academic qualifications, high professional titles and high skills and professionals for high-level management and innovation. Chosen as the pilot demonstration city of Made-in-China 2025 , a lot of manufacturing companies in Ningbo obtain an advantage, attracting great numbers of talents in the fair.
It is known that the fair will open in Kaiyuan Hotal from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sept,24th. In this closed job fair for high-level innovative talents, some famous companies like Yinyi, Ningxing Holding, Firs, Yunsheng Holding and so on sign up actively. Statistics suggest that about 80 large local and foreign enterprises will attend the fair that day, which will offer more than 400 positions requiring about 600 people. Among these enterprises that pay high salaries to attract talents, manufacturing, machinery, mechanical and electrical as well as heavy industries are the most desperate ones, occupying over 40% of the total number of companies attended. Besides, the average annual salary exceeds 150,000 for each position they offer.
Open job fair for people with high acafemic qulification will be held in venues 7 and 8 in Ningbo international exhibition center in the meantime. The fair will recruit the professionals and badly-needed talents for Ningbo ecnomic and social development through mutual communication. There will be over 800 key Zhejiang enterprises and public institutions present in the open fair, needing about 6,500 high-level talents. At the same time, the docking platform of the online fair has started in July, 2016, which is employed to provide butt-joint communication in advance for enterprises and talents. Utill Sept, 9th , more than 650 enterprises and public institutions and 6300 high-level talents have registered and docked with each other through the platform.
Moreover, it is known that the fair has cooperated with over 10 famous HR agencies home and abroad, inviting the talents and doing a matching ahead of time. The fair simulated to invite proper on-the-job 800 high-level talents to ensure the recruitment of the enterprises attended.

Millons of Pay for Attracting the Steersman
In this closed job fair for high-level innovative talents , the excellent local and foreign enterprises seek partners for common development wit great sincerity. In the closed fair, the offering positions contain general managers, dupty general managers, admin/HR directors, directors of general manager office, postdoctoral research personnels, software engineers, senior mechinery engineers and the like. The organizer suggests that the closed fair offers a large amount of highly-paid positions: 224 positions with RMB150,000-300,000/year, 40 with RMB300,000-500,000/year, all falling on the positios of finance, producing manager, program managing, marketing, quality director, design engineers and so on; 8 with over RMB500,000/year, mainly in positions like investment, running business, adminstration, reasearch & development engineers and so on: Ningbo Mingjiang Beer Equipment Company Ltd. Is willing to pay RMB500,000-1,000,000/year for general managers, buiding engineers and aluminum products R&D engineers; a traditional Ningbo manufacturing enterprise would like to offer the deputy general manager RMB800,00/year at least; a bio-tech company pay RMB500,000-800,000/year for finding an executive deputy general manager If you are good at these aspcts, you might as well have a try.
In the open job fair for people with high acafemic qulification this year, most of the attending units are mechinery, trading, electronic, Internet, fiancial, real estate industries. Majors that are most needed are mechinery, trade, language, administrative management, marketing, fianance an so on. The academic qualifications are mainly undergraduates and masters, taking up 65.2% of the total people needed.
