INSIGHT TV and Monster Energy Announce Release Date for Thrilling Road to Gymkhana GRiD Documentary

INSIGHT TV, one of the world's largest UHD HDR broadcasters and producers of native UHD content, has announced the release date for its new joint production with Monster Energy: Road to Gymkhana GRiD, the feature documentary, which premiered in London on 27th March 2018. The show will launch on 14th April on INSIGHT TV channels and INSIGHT.TV.

Bringing viewers closer than ever to the burning rubber of Ken Block's notorious drifting competition, Road to Gymkhana Grid is a backstage glimpse into the lives of several top racers including Ken Block, Petter Solberg, Shane Lynch, Luke Woodham, Adam Elder, Nikolett Szanto and Dmitrij Sribnyj as they take on the latest event, held in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Road to Gymkhana GRiD goes behind-the scenes at one of the world's craziest races, combining drifting, drag racing and physical driving skill with mental agility, speed and precision, says Arun Maljaars, Director Content & Channels at INSIGHT TV. Drivers from all over the world take part in this event, but only a few make it to the finish line.
