Weather forecast and UV index for all provinces Gauteng: Cloudy in the morning with fog patches on the Highveld, otherwise partly cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers.

UVB sunburn index: Low.

Mpumalanga: Morning fog patches in places and drizzle over the eastern high grounds, otherwise cloudy and cool but warm in the Lowveld.

Limpopo: Morning fog patches in places and drizzle over the eastern high grounds, otherwise cloudy and cool but warm in the Lowveld and the Limpopo Valley. Isolated thunderstorms are expected in the extreme southwest.

North-West Province: Cloudy in the east at first, otherwise partly cloudy and warm but hot in places in the west with isolated thundershowers in the extreme east.

Free State: Cloudy at first in the northeast with morning fog patches in places, otherwise fine to partly cloudy warm to hot but cool places in the extreme northeast.

Northern Cape: Fine and warm to hot but very hot in places in the extreme north, becoming partly cloudy in the southern high ground. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly.

Western Cape: Partly cloudy due to high level clouds, otherwise fine and warm to hot but very hot in places over the West Coast District. It will be cool in places along the south-west and south coast. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly but south-westerly at times north of Cape Columbine.

UVB index: Extreme.

Western half of the Eastern Cape: Cool along the coast, otherwise partly cloudy and warm becoming fine from late morning. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate north-easterly, becoming

moderate to fresh south-easterly from late morning but strong during the afternoon.

Eastern half of the Eastern Cape: Partly cloudy and cool south of the escarpment, otherwise fine and warm becoming cloudy with light isolated showers and rain along the coast east of Coffee Bay at night. The wind along the coast will be light to moderate south-westerly, becoming moderate to fresh easterly to south-easterly by midday, but fresh north-easterly by evening.

KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog over the interior, otherwise cloudy and cool but warm in the north-east. Morning rain and isolated showers are expected over the eastern parts. The wind along the coast will be strong to near gale north of Richard's Bay at first, otherwise moderate to fresh southerly to south-easterly becoming easterly in the extreme south in the afternoon.
