The nominees for the 2022 South African Traditional Music Achievement Awards(SATMAs) were announced on Saturday 30 July in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga. The event was attended by musicians who scored nominees and other high-profile stars in the local music industry including Phakade Lam hitmaker, Nomfundo Moh.

The SATMA Awards are set to take place on 1 October.
