As the 18 remaining bachelorettes move in to the mansion, Juan Pablo goes on several one-on-one dates, including a winter-wonderland-themed evening and a visit to Utah for the five-kilometre Electric Run. Later, 13 exuberant women show off a different side of themselves on a group date as they participate in a photo shoot for the Best Friends Animal Society charity. Then, tensions run high at the cocktail party as one teary-eyed woman second-guesses her decision to be away from her son; and following another fateful rose ceremony, three bachelorettes are sent home.

Summertime
Following her breakup with Steve (Justin Chatwin), Fiona (Emmy Rossum) lands a job bartending at a popular local joint and makes a new acquaintance in an enterprising young businessman. Meanwhile, Frank (William H. Macy) uses baby Liam as collateral for a gambling debt; Lip (Jeremy Allen White) takes bets on little league games; and Kash (Pej Vahdat) leaves town, so Ian (Cameron Monaghan) decides to take over the Kash and Grab.

**Two-hour Episode**
The players visit Utah Olympic Park and meet short-track speed skater and eight-time medalist Apolo Ohno and track-and-field and bobsled athlete Lolo Jones. While there, they participate in curling and bobsled-track challenges. Later, following another tense weigh-in, one contestant is eliminated.

Eli Nightingale
A sick Veronica (Brenda Song) is avoided like the plague by germaphobe Warner (Giovanni Ribisi), while Eli (Seth Green) does his best to nurse her back to health in hopes that hell be rewarded for his kindness with sex.

The Bet
Jake (Andy Samberg) and Amys (Melissa Fumero) competition for the most arrests draws to a close. Meanwhile, Charles (Joe Lo Truglio) receives the Medal of Valor, but the pain medication needed for treating his injury causes him to be a little too honest about what he thinks of his colleagues.

Basketsball
Jess (Zooey Deschanel) tries to improve her friendship with Coach (Damon Wayans Jr.), but Nick (Jake Johnson) takes issue when the two of them bond over a basketball team he dislikes. Elsewhere, Schmidt (Max Greenfield) mentors an older hire at work; and Winston (Lamorne Morris) explores a new career.
