Supercines selects Santa Clara and Volfoni as Exclusive 3D Technology Provider
Paris, France, 25th September 2018 Volfoni Limited, the leading European provider of 3D technology, and Supercines, the largest cinema operator in Ecuador, today announced that Supercines has selected Volfoni as their exclusive provider for their 3D technology requirements. Volfoni partnered with Santa Clara Poltronas, a leading Brazilian cinema system integrator, to supply Supercines with their 3D hardware systems across all their cinema locations in Ecuador. Volfoni has deployed over 42 systems with Supercines, including their newest complex in Bahia, Ecuador.
Supercines, part of the Grupo El Rosado, has over 180 screens spread across 15 cities and pioneered the VIP cinema concept with premium large screen formats and high definition in Ecuador. Supercines has deployed a combination of Volfoni's 3D cinema technology products, including the highly efficient SmartCrystal Cinema NEO series and the award-winning SmartCrystal Diamond series. Supercines has standardized with Volfoni's product portfolio for 100% of their 3D requirements.
Santa Clara Poltronas is a leading Brazilian system integrator, with over 35 years' experience in the cinema market. Santa Clara has partnered with Volfoni to service many customers throughout the LATAM region including those in Ecuador. Santa Clara has managed the deployment and integration of Volfoni's 3D systems on behalf of Supercines across all their screens in Ecuador.
