Avalanche Tones introduce Noise Suite

Second high-gain tone plug-in released

Following on from their debut release, Chainsaw Suite, Avalanche Tones have announced the launch of their second plug-in. Designed to complement the high-gain tone-shaping offered by its predecessor, Noise Suite provides producers and guitarists with a dedicated workspace for creating chaotic textures and aggressive sound design elements .

Noise Suite is a modular effects plug-in that comes loaded with 18 experimental modules. The collection of processors include the likes of pitch-shifters, frequency-shifters, ring modulators, tape-stop effects, freezes, glitch delays, and a self-oscillating analogue-style delay. Users can create custom processing chains using up to 10 modules at a time, and they can be reordered quickly thanks to a simple drag-and-drop interface. The plug-in also offers MIDI mapping for those who want to assign functions to hardware controllers, and fully supports DAW automation.

Noise Suite was created to complement Chainsaw Suite. Chainsaw Suite shapes the tones, while Noise Suite creates the noises, but they can also work independently of each other. This is why I released them so close together. I've envisioned Noise Suite for at least a year, but felt like it might be a bit ambitious for me to be my first release, so I started with Chainsaw Suite to work out the processes. Creating and releasing Noise Suite has been a dream come true. This is just the beginning for Avalanche Tones. Compatibility Noise Suite is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or later, and Macs running macOS 10.15 or later. VST3 and AU plug-in versions are available.
