The queen of body positivity has been on fine form again this Tuesday, as Thick Leeyonce revisited the incident that shot her to fame.

Our plus-size champion was the subject of a pretty awful joke last year when someone compared her image with that of a skinnier model. The caption read Girls that I like vs girls who like me . However, it was Lee who had the last laugh

Who is Thick Leeyonce? The internet rallied behind her, and she received support from the likes of Nicki Minaj and Ariana Grande for her eloquently-simplistic put down.

Since then, Leeyonce has gone from strength-to-strength. She's been able to explore new avenues as a photographer and even went on to release her own fashion line. Oh, and she's been doing all this whilst making a killing on the modelling circuit.

Lee was invited to Castle Lager's #SmashTheLabel event in Johannesburg this week. The gathering aims to break down traditional beauty standards and encourage people to accept everyone else for who they truly are.

Watch Thick Leeyonce floor her critics here: During a quick panel session, Leeyonce real name Lesego Legobane was quizzed about her response to the Twitter user who tried to fat shame her. Needless to say, she's lost none of her sass in the last 12 months. The response was on point.

I didn't think it'd go viral, it was late at night and I didn't want to argue with anyone. But I needed everyone to know that just because I'm fat, it doesn't mean I like you.

You find that men feel entitled to you because you're not conventionally beautiful'. They assume you don't have options well honey, I may be fat but I'm also out of your league.

Boom! Seriously, if you're still daft enough to try and put Leeyonce down, you're only wasting your own time. This girl has got bigger fish to fry, and more haters to slay.
