CALABASAS, Calif. (January 7, 2013) DTS, Inc. (Nasdaq: DTSI), a leader in highdefinition audio solutions, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with ASUSTEK COMPUTER, INC (TSE: 2347), a top global producer of computers and consumer technology, to license its DTS PlayFi technology for integration within ASUS lineup of Windowsbased products. Already a leader in the development and manufacturing of Windowsbased computing solutions, ASUS will now offer integrated wholehome WiFi audio streaming as part of its product portfolio. With DTS PlayFi technology, ASUS products will enable consumers to stream lossless, highquality audio from almost any audio source on a PC to their DTS PlayFi enabled home audio systems over a standard WiFi network. It also gives users full control of the home speaker network allowing users to set up, link, and stream audio to one speaker system or multiple speaker systems throughout the home at once.

DTS PlayFi for Windows enables the delivery of HiFi home audio over standard WiFi networks directly from a PC using a software driver. The DTS PlayFi connected ASUS product lines will be fully interoperable with other DTS PlayFi enabled products.

Stream Anything, Control Everything Simple applet allows users to choose which audio streams to send to their DTS PlayFi enabled speakers: hear music on the stereo, and email notices locally. Stream from cloud services, YouTube, Internet radio, local files, or connected media servers. Setup, link and control all of the speakers on the network from the same streamlined interface.
