Readers of the specialized Broadcast magazine have selected VSN with their online votes as one of the finalists for the prestigious Panorama Audiovisual 2016 Awards as Company of the Year and Best Installation for its renovation of the hardware and software equipment of Bar a TV, thanks to its complete portfolio of solutions for media management, news production and MCR automation. VSN aims for Best Company of the Year and Best Installation awards
VSN Innovation & Media is one of the finalist to the prestigious awards that the Panorama Audiovisual Broadcast and Media & Entertainment magazine organizes every year. A total of 6.227 readers of this publication, with their online votes, have chosen VSN as a finalist in the two most important categories: Company of the Year, for its 25 years as an international reference in Media Management systems, and Best Technical Installation, more technical-oriented and for the hardware and software renovation carried out at the renowned FC Barcelona channel, Bar a TV.
In the first category of Best company of the year, VSN will compete with Hispasat and Ericsson companies, which have been also selected as finalists due to the 25-year experience and consolidation in the sector and the positioning achieved within the industry, respectively. Moreover, in the category of Best Technical Installation, Ad-Hoc studios from Madrid and the new management, contribution and distribution network in Fox Network Group (Madrid) have been the other two projects that will opt for the award and compete with VSN's installation at Bar ca TV.
The final winners of the 13 categories included in Panorama Audiovisual awards will be selected by a jury comprising eleven independent and prestigious professionals. All the award-winners will be officially announced during the prize ceremony that will be held on the 24th of May at Madrid Trade Fair (IFEMA) South Auditorium. The ceremony will coincide with the official opening of BIT Broadcast trade show, specialized in the Broadcast industry and audio visual technology.
