Net Insights Nomination Committee for 2016 has been appointed In accordance with the decision of the Annual General Meeting held on May 7, 2015 the members of the nomination committee shall be nominated by the four largest shareholders (voting rights). In addition, the companys Chairman of the board shall be part of the nomination committee.

Net Insights nomination committee for the 2016 Annual General Meeting consists of Jan Barchan (Briban Invest), Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo Fonder), Ramsay Brufer (Alecta), Marianne Flink (Swedbank Robur), and Lars Berg (Chairman of the Net Insight Board). The nomination committee appointed Lars Bergkvist (Lannebo Fonder) to serve as Chairman of the Committee.

The nomination committees task is to present proposals to the Annual General Meeting for Chairman of the Annual General Meeting, Chairman of the Board of Directors, members of the Board of Directors and auditors, as well as fees and other remuneration to each member of the board and any remuneration for committee work and audit fees. Furthermore, the nomination committee shall make a proposal regarding the principles for the formation of the nomination committee and its tasks for the Annual General Meeting 2017.
