Renowned television personality Ryan Seacrest hosts the interactive game show featuring 12 consecutive days and nights of intense trivia this week on the all-new series The Million Second Quiz

Day 1
Premiering live from a three-storey hourglass in the heart of Manhattan, Ryan Seacrest (American Idol) hosts The Million Second Quiz, a state-of-the-art competition that tests the limits of one's knowledge, endurance, and will to win. Contestants will battle through intense bouts of trivia for 12 consecutive days and nights. At the end of the million seconds, the four contestants who remain in the game the longest will compete for a cash prize of up to $10 million the largest prize in game show history.

Makeover Madness
Join host Tracy Moore and celebrity stylist Leslie Fremer for an inside look at styling and dressing Hollywood's hottest stars just in time for TIFF. Later, three lucky audience members receive makeovers from Cityline's beauty experts. Plus, on Cityline.ca: check out the best of this year's makeovers in the Fashion and Beauty section.

The Top 12 Acts Perform
The Top 12 semifinalists perform at Radio City Music Hall in New York City in hopes of winning America's votes and landing a spot in the finals. Celebrity judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Mel B. critique the talent as they strive for the $1 million prize.

Family Day
