AEQ appoints Ivn Olmeda as new CEO

AEQ appoints Iv n Olmeda as new CEO Olmeda will succeed Rogelio de la Fuente that has served as the head of the Company for 35 years.

AEQ has appointed Iv n Olmeda as its new General Manager, succeeding Rogelio de la Fuente that has served as the head of the Company for 35 years.

Ivan Olmeda (40), who until now has been responsible for the Company's Business Development Division, has more than 20 years of experience in the Broadcast industry, always linked to manufacturing. He joined the AEQ management team in 2014 after the merger through absorption of Kroma Telecom, where he held the position of Managing Director.

It is a very well matured decision and an important step for the growth of the Company. It is a guarantee to start this new stint with a person holding the profile and experience of Iv n. We are convinced that we leave AEQ in good hands and with great expectations for the future affirmed Rogelio de la Fuente, who will remain as advisor to the new CEO until the end of 2018 and will remain linked to the company as a member of the Board.
