Astro lantik ikon muzik tersohor, Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza dan Faizal Tahir sebagai juri tetap untuk pertandingan nyanyian Big Stage'
FORMAT PROGRAM BIG STAGE
Program Big Stage' ialah sebuah pertandingan nyanyian berkonsepkan realiti menampilkan seangkatan bakat muda generasi alaf baharu yang kini popular dengan jolokan Budak Baru Nak Up' atau BBNU' dalam kalangan penggiat industri seni tanah air.
Seramai 10 bintang BBNU' yang terdiri daripada lima bintang lelaki dan lima bintang wanita bakal bersaing di pentas utama Big Stage' selama lapan minggu untuk musim yang pertama.
Uniknya, format penjurian adalah terbahagi kepada dua bahagian yang mana nasib para bintang akan diadili berdasarkan pemarkahan oleh barisan juri profesional dan undian peminat secara online.
Untuk bahagian pertama, 100% keputusan ditentukan oleh juri yang akan menilai para bintang berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sewaktu persembahan mingguan. Tiga bintang yang mendapat markah terendah akan melalui proses penjurian untuk bahagian kedua yang ditentukan berdasarkan undian peminat secara online menerusi aplikasi Tik Tok. Bintang yang mendapat undian terendah akan disingkirkan.

Persada seni hiburan sedang mengalami perubahan yang ketara secara global. Percaya dengan istilah tiada yang baharu tiada yang lama', Astro menyambut baik perkembangan lanskap seni yang menyaksikan dominasi luar biasa daripada kalangan BBNU' yang berlaku masa kini. Perubahan yang berlaku harus diambil sebagai penyuntik semangat agar kita berani merentas sempadan untuk terus menghasilkan kandungan berkualiti yang relevan supaya tidak terus ketinggalan.
Justeru, Astro selaku peneraju kandungan utama ingin melakar inisiatif baharu dengan mempertemukan dunia digital dan dunia televisyen di pentas Big Stage' sebagai usaha bagi mencari pelapis seni generasi alaf baharu yang berilmu menerusi platform dan bimbingan yang disediakan. Kami mahu lahirkan penggiat seni yang mampu menghasilkan produk dengan nilai perdagangan yang tinggi dan mahir dengan strategi berkesan untuk terus memberi saingan yang membina agar kekal cemerlang.
Menerusi Big Stage', kami menyediakan platform kepada golongan BBNU' yang memiliki daya juang tinggi untuk membawa karya mereka yang selama ini cuma dipertontonkan menerusi alam maya ke alam realiti sebenar. Big Stage' memberi mereka kebebasan untuk mencari sisi kreatif yang tersendiri agar mampu melonjakkan nilai jenama mereka ke peringkat yang lebih tinggi sekaligus membuktikan keberkesanan produk atau bakat yang mereka miliki, bukan sekadar tempelan untuk mengisi kuota industri yang berpaksikan trend semata-mata yang bersifat sementara.
TRIVIA MENGENAI BIG STAGE'
Penerbitan Big Stage' turut disokong oleh jenama telefon pintar terkenal, Vivo yang hadir selaku Penaja Utama dengan kerjasama Tik Tok; aplikasi kongsian video popular selaku Platform Rasmi Undian Online.
Aplikasi Astro Go dan portal Gempak turut menghulurkan sokongan selaku Rakan Digital. Manakala ERA dan Raku pula sebagai Rakan Radio Rasmi dan Rakan Radio Digital selain Astro Circle selaku Rakan Bersama.
Lebih hebat, dua ikon muzik tersohor tanah air, Datuk Seri Siti Nurhaliza Tarudin atau lebih dikenali dengan nama Datuk Siti' dan Faizal Tahir telah dilantik sebagai Juri Tetap Big Stage' untuk musim yang pertama.
Pemilihan dua nama besar yang berjaya memahat kukuh nama mereka dalam industri seni ini sebagai juri tetap dibuat berdasarkan reputasi dan kecemerlangan sehingga meletakkan mereka di kalangan karyawan seni yang terbaik. Dalam masa sama, Datuk Siti dan Faizal Tahir juga sering menjadi rujukan dan idola kepada sebilangan besar penggemar muzik bukan sahaja di negara ini malah meliputi seluruh nusantara.
Sementara itu, seorang juri jemputan profesional juga turut diundang khas secara bergilir-gillir pada setiap minggu untuk menyertai juri tetap bagi mengadili persembahan para bintang.
Penyanyi dan guru vokal profesional yang juga merupakan juara program Duo Star' terbitan Astro Ria, Ernie Zakri turut diberi mandat sebagai Guru Vokal Big Stage' bagi memberikan bimbingan dan tunjuk ajar kepada para bintang.
Melihat kepada keserasian dan reaksi positif yang diterima menerusi program realiti Rockanova' terbitan Astro Prima sebelum ini, Astro sekali lagi menggandingkan dua selebriti popular; Alif Satar dan Sherry Al Hadad untuk mengemudi pentas utama Big Stage' selaku Pengacara.
Manakala pelakon baharu; Eyra Hazali dan finalis Hero Remaja 2017; Harris Annuar pula digandingkan sebagai Pengacara program Live Plus Big Stage' yang akan disiarkan secara serentak sewaktu berlangsungnya konsert mingguan di platform digital.
Juara Big Stage' akan membawa pulang wang tunai bernilai RM100 ribu beserta trofi sumbangan Astro. Manakala pemenang tempat kedua dan ketiga pula akan memenangi RM50 ribu dan RM25 ribu beserta trofi. Untuk pemenang tempat keempat dan kelima juga tidak akan pulang dengan tangan kosong yang mana masing-masing bakal membawa pulang RM10 ribu dan RM5 ribu beserta trofi.
