Actor Fortune Thobejane, who currently plays the role of Bra Sikes on Skeem Saam, is the man behind the famous laughter on Mzansi magic's telenovela Gomora.

Thobejane is an actor, musician, and voice-over artist who is also known for his role Jomo on Gomora and well known for his role of Fortune on Isthembiso.

-- THOBEJANE'S SKEEM SAAM' ROLE The actor was first introduced to the show in April 2020 as Mokgadi's (Pebetsi Matlaila) baby daddy and Noah's father.

He is also a criminal who recruited Noah into his gang and taught him how to be a criminal when he was a teenager.

Thobejane returned this season to reprise his role of Bra Sikes and is currently tormenting the Maputlas.

Viewers first saw him attacking Leeto (Eric Macheru) at his divorce party when he bad mouthed Mokgadi on social media.

He also robbed the Maputla Supermarket this week, and is attempting to recruit Meikie (Harriet Manamela) into his gang.

Bra Sikes is very protective of his son Noah (Austin Mothapo) who is locked up in prison and would do anything to free his son.

He will torture and threaten the Maputlas until he gets what he wants as they are responsible for his son's current situation.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM BRA SIKES Bra Sikes will visit the Maputlas this Thursday (14 October) according to the TVSA October teasers.

He will hold them hostage on the last week of October and they will be rescued by the Seakamelas.

Meikie will shock her family when she informs them of her plans to skip jail when she meets Bra Sikes.

Viewers suspect that Mokgadi and her mother Mary (Motshabi Tyelele) are the masterminds behind Bra Sike's current plans to destroy the Maputlas.
