Zimoja reports that Metro FM's Breakfast host Moeti MoFlava Tsiki refused to serve his notice as he felt betrayed by demotion' and announced on air that the Tuesday, 7 March show was his last.

METRO FM INSIDER: HE'S TOO HURT' The popular radio personality MoFlava reportedly shared with his Metro FM listeners that he opted to leave on Tuesday instead of Friday as he's too stressed because of emotional distress.

A source from the SABC station added that Mo is too hurt to carry on as he feels betrayed. It is reported the broadcaster refused the offer to host the Top 40 Chart show on Saturdays as it was a demotion for him.

It was more of a demotion than anything, he knew that management was trying to frustrate him out of the system. Why would you take such a talented broadcaster and put him on a weekend? the source adds.

The radio star co-hosted the breakfast show with former YFM radio star Khutso Theledi, who according to Sunday World joined the station in March 2022.

SOMEONE WAS OUT TO GET MOFLAVA' Another source from the SABC radio station revealed to Zimoja that someone at SABC was out to get MoFlava as he was reportedly arrogant and co*ky.

Working with those people can be a curse, you do your job well and they just want to bring you down because of what you do adds the source.

Another insider revealed that he's been getting offers from numerous radio stations and there was no way he was going to accept the Saturday offer.

They must be crazy to think that he will take that weekend slot , added the source.

Entertainment commentator revealed on Friday, 2 March that the popular radio personalities MoFlava and Khutso Theledi out, who are currently hosting the breakfast show Wake Up on Metro FM With MoFlava & Khutso Theledi have been replaced by DJ Sabby and Kaya 959's Skhumba.

Skhumba's management Sindi Mnguni revealed to Zimoja that he's not joining the SABC radio station. I can assure you know he is not going to Metro.
