At the 2026 TAB Show, Digital Alert Systems will highlight and demo the new DAS-Link AIR, an over-the-air common alert protocol (CAP) dissemination system for securely transferring validated alert information over ATSC transmissions.
DAS-Link AIR
DAS-Link AIR, is a secure data gateway designed for ATSC environments. The system ingests broadcast data via integrated ATSC 1.0 and ATSC 3.0 receivers, authenticates both source and data, and delivers validated emergency information with multimedia elements for use in mission-critical communications workflows.
The DAS-Link AIR provides an authenticated IP feed to external systems in a controlled and secure manner. Use cases include:
Retrieval of ATSC 1.0/3.0 datacast alert content by external systems via polling of the DAS-Link remote node appliance, consistent internet-based CAP message workflows
Automated ingestion of datacast alert content into third-party situational awareness platforms
Polling access for monitoring systems to confirm datacast alert availability
Secure access for intermediary distribution platforms that repackage datacast alerts into other delivery formats for downstream users
