About Crains New York Business Best Places to Work in New York City List

Crains partnered with the Best Companies Group to conduct 13,991 surveys of employees in New York City to identify New York Citys Best Places to Work. More than 150 eligible companies with 25 or more employees participated in the process. Scores from employees, who answered a confidential 76-question survey, were combined with scores from a survey of the employers, which included questions about benefits and policies. Results from the employee surveys made up 75% of the total score; results from the employer surveys made up 25%.
