Travis Scott Electrifies Barcelona With Exclusive Live Show and El Clsico Appearance

Spotify and FC Barcelona's partnership saw its sixth jersey takeover this weekend with one of the world's biggest artists: Travis Scott.

In the lead-up, fans were buzzing for the global music icon to touch down in Barcelona after it was revealed that Spotify would bring Travis to the stage for an exclusive performance. And the rapper didn't disappoint, embarking on a whirlwind tour through the city, captivating thousands of fans onstage and showing support for the FC Barcelona men's squad during El Cl sico.

Cactus Jack makes history in Barcelona Ahead of the big concert, hundreds of Travis Scott and FC Barcelona fans were waiting outside of the Bar a Store at Spotify Camp Nou on Friday to be the first to get their hands on Spotify x Cactus Jack x Bar a merchandise. With dozens of the most dedicated fans standing in line all night, the merchandise sold out within hours.

Then, on Saturday, Travis arrived in Barcelona for his first-ever concert in the city. The invite-only Spotify show took place at the historic Tres Xemeneies on Saturday night and celebrated Travis's biggest fans in the lead-up to El Cl sico.

Stepping onstage in the Cactus Jack x Bar a retro jersey, Travis took fans through a raucous set of his biggest hits, including FE!N, 4 4, SICKO MODE, and goosebumps. But he also gave fans a taste of what to expect from his upcoming JACKBOYS 2 album with performances of two brand-new, unreleased tracks: Dumb and Kick Out.

The concert marked the first time a musical artist has ever performed at the venue, and stars from the worlds of football and culture were out to take in the moment. Barcelona legends Gerard Pique, Edgar Davids, Thierry Henry, and Patrick Kluivert were all in attendance, along with current Bar a star Jules Kounde, actor Terry Crews, and the multitalented artist, creator, and influencer KSI.

Those in attendance also had the chance to enjoy a live art installation from multidisciplinary artist duo Lolo & Sosaku, test their skills with a penalty shootout machine, and get a first-hand look at the new Cactus Jack x Spotify x Bar a merch.

Bar a players step on the pitch in style Once Travis's milestone performance came to a close, it was time for everyone to turn their attention to El Cl sico.

Travis was pitchside to support the Bar a players as they walked out onto the pitch wearing a version of the iconic blaugrana jersey featuring the Cactus Jack logo. And in the end, they emerged victorious against their arch rivals in the latest edition of the storied El Cl sico showdown.

As the match played out, we also hosted a special El Cl sico viewing party in New York, uniting fans of football, music, and style to celebrate Travis's FC Barcelona takeover.
