JVC launches new shoulder camcorders with connectivity to networks 4 G/LTE The new equipment, GY-HM850 and GY-HM890, allow recording Full HD images and disseminate them through streaming, FTP, and connectivity via telephone networks 4 G/LTE, without hardware or external encoders.
Coinciding with BVE in London, from 25 to 27 February, JVC It will present new ProHD camcorders shoulder GY-HM890, whose main characteristic is its high degree of connectivity to networks that allow them to record and disseminate Full HD images directly and GY-HM850.
Thanks to its connectivity via telephone and computer networks capacity, make possible and extremely profitable any live streaming HD stream, directly from the camera without the need of hardware or external encoders. Sending files via FTP from virtually any location makes them highly recommended for news, where the immediacy of the moment is crucial. Other features are the remote control of the camera via WiFi or Ethernet makes them equally suitable for multi-camera control realization events.
Both the model GY-HM890 as the GY-HM850 are cameras to film from the shoulder; the GY-HM890, is a model designed as a camera that also works as an HD Studio camera or camera can be integrated into field multi-camera productions. Possesses a connection which accommodates systems fiber optic or CCU CCU multicore. It is compatible with a wide range of Studio accessories, as well as multiple study of Canon and Fujinon optics.
The GY-HM890 also includes an HD/SD-SDI input which can record and generate streaming video and audio from another camera or any other SDI sources. It is a very practical utility during press conferences and similar events. Cameras are also compatible with LANC remote controllers, as well as own JVC remote control cable systems.
Both cameras feature 3 sensor CMOS of 1/3 of processing and progressive scanning 12-bit, with 2.2 million pixels; captured and recorded native image resolution 1920 1080 50 p, with a high sensitivity of F12 to 2000 lux (50 Hz) with an excellent signal to noise, picking up the color with a superior quality.
Both cameras come accompanied by an innovative optical Fujinon zoom 20 x interchangeable, with F1.6-3.0 and f = 4 1-82 mm. (optical 35 mm equivalent to 29-580 mm), auto-focus, optical stabilizer, and correction of chromatic aberration, plus 3 manual settings for zoom, focus and IRIS rings. The mount is interchangeable 1/3 bayonet type, allowing you to use other lenses of the market according to needs.
The GY-HM850 and GY-HM890 recording HD or SD images as native Final Cut Pro files (.)MOV), XDCAM EX (.)MP4), AS-10 (.)MXF), AVCHD (.)MTS) or H.264 (.)MOV), providing full compatibility with most of the current editors available on the market. It is possible to record using a compression MPEG-2 or H.264 with multiple values of different resolutions and Bit Rate, Frame Rate selection. The dual codec available allows you to record simultaneously on each card a resolution and different codec (e.g.: HD SD, HD Proxy,...). In addition, a new mode called H.264 XHQ (Extreme High Quality), offers a quality of recording 50 Mbps virtually lossless.
The double slot for SDHC / SDXC allows simultaneous, continuous recording or backup, combining both cards.
Streaming
The 800 series cameras significantly expand capacity live HD broadcast and the ability to transfer files. In addition you can broadcast live (live streaming) simultaneously to the recording, or also transfer files in the background, while the operator continues recording.
JVC offers different streaming protocols to maximize the results of transmission: UDP, TCP, RTP / RTSP, ZIXI. Each camera has a processor integrated with proprietary algorithms to maximize bandwidth and thus ensure a reliable transmission even in difficult conditions. In addition, the advanced error correction system based on the content of the images compensates for up to a 30% packet loss, using Zixi streaming protocols.
The cameras can be via Wi-Fi, Ethernet or GSM from any device PC, Mac (iPad, Android) that has a browser, since it is not necessary any App or additional software thanks to the internal web server for the camera. With any of these devices, it is possible to edit metadata, control the camera remotely with image viewing or obtaining full control of parameters of camera type OCP
Both models include time code and genlock terminals, outputs HD / SD-SDI and HDMI, 3.5 mm headset jack, a set of four channel audio with stereo AUX inputs and two XLR inputs of micro / line with phantom power. They have 12 buttons that the user can be assigned to various special functions, 10 seconds time Pre Rec (retro cache), wizards approach, recording intervals and recording with variable frame rate for effects of slow and fast speed...
