MatrixStore Enables Remote Creative Workflows for The&Partnership

MatrixStore Cloud from Object Matrix solves remote working challenges for ad agency, The&Partnership.

The current COVID-19 situation has meant that The&Partnership is completing its post-production offsite and therefore has limited access to its own local MatrixStore for the foreseeable future

Faced with this challenge The&Partnership seeked to implement a flexible cloud storage platform with a simple user interface that users can access remotely to upload and archive assets. With a lack of access to client sites, it was also important that The & Partnership could share content with those clients remotely.

Object Matrix was able to swiftly set up access to MatrixStore Cloud, a fully hosted private cloud storage platform designed for the media industry. This has been implemented along with its web-based user interface, Vision, for simple upload, view and search functionality from anywhere. Object Matrix is also integrating daily backup workflows into the solution to manage version control across synchronised backups. MatrixStore Cloud can be integrated into existing workflows and provides self-serve access to content from anywhere.

The&Partnership initially began working with Object Matrix when it became the outsourced advertising agency for a prestigious financial institution, which was an existing MatrixStore customer. With a large customer base of global financial institutions security of its archived assets is high on the agenda. MatrixStore Cloud ensures users have multiple copies of data protection with full redundant access.
